Useage

  • Before first and after use, clean with hot water and standard washing-up liquid and dry.

  • Before passing foods which can burn easily, rinse the cookware with water.

  • Only cook at moderate temperature, low or medium heat products the best cooking results.

  • After reaching the boiling point please continue cooking at the medium heat.

  • Make use if the energy stored in the hob and the base of the cookware by reducing or switching the temperature before you finish cooking.

  • Use hot water to wash the pan while it is still hot or allow the cookware to cool down before washing.

Care

  • Stubborn food residue can be soaked in water and, where necessary, remove the residue with a wooden scraper, sponge or brush. Do not use hard objects like Brillo pads,scouring powder or aggressive agents such as chlorine bleach, as the coating can be damaged.

  • Avoid using sharp or pointed objects. Never chop in the cookware.

  • Cautious! Do not overheat as this may cause a degeneration of the non-stick effect.
