Usage
• This pot does not require any seasoning process.
• Suitable for gas stoves, electric stoves, ceramic stoves, ovens and microwaves.
• Hand wash with dish washing liquid and scouring pad. For tougher spots, boil a pot of water with dish washing liquid or add baking soda with warm water and allow it to sit, then wash clean.
• This pot maintains heat longer. It is recommended to turn off the heat a few minuets before reaching desired result.
Care
• Protect your hand with oven mitts during and after cooking.
• It is recommended to use low to medium heat. Do not use high heat. Please keep the flame within the bottom.
• Make sure it is dry after washing and store in a dry area.
• Place frozen food in the pot with care. Dropping the frozen food may crack the pot.
• Avoid hitting the rim of the pot with utensils with excessive force as the pot may chip or crack. Do not stack the pots when storing.
